This product is constructed by interweaving high-tenacity polyester filaments and high-strength polyester fibers into a flexible tubular structure, which is then internally lined with a soft, vulcanized polyurethane (TPU) layer. It features a lightweight design, exceptional durability, resistance to acids and alkalis, and high-pressure tolerance; furthermore, it is capable of handling both positive-pressure water discharge and negative-pressure water suction. Depending on specific diameter and pressure requirements, it can be seamlessly integrated with fire hose reels, various pump sets, and fire trucks. Adaptable to any terrain or environment, it is suitable for use in a wide range of firefighting scenarios.

Following high-temperature vulcanization, the product is complete. After being cooled by forced air, it undergoes quality inspection; once approved, it is cut to the specific lengths requested by the client. It is then transferred to the finished goods area to await further processing; upon the fulfillment of any additional client requirements, it is packaged and prepared for shipment.
